This quotation is valid for 30 days from the date of issuance.

The estimated timeline will commence only upon receipt of complete documents and information from the client.

The final professional fee will be confirmed after assessing the actual transaction volume, record condition, and complexity of the engagement.

A 50% deposit is required upon engagement confirmation. The remaining balance is payable before release of the final accounts.

This engagement is limited to accounts preparation only. Audit, tax submission, SST, e-invoice advisory, company secretarial matters, and other services are excluded unless separately agreed.

This engagement does not constitute an audit, review, assurance engagement, or fraud investigation. No audit opinion or assurance conclusion will be expressed.

All information and documents provided by the client will be treated with strict confidentiality.
